Terms of use and additional services

1. Servicing Service Packages

1.1.

Quarterly commission for servicing the Service Packages (hereinafter "Commission"):

1.1.1.

In case of a total Average daily balance of 100000 USD (the equivalent of this amount) or more in bank accounts

No commission is charged

Average daily balance - the sum of daily positive balances of own funds on the morning of the Bank's operating day on bank accounts (deposit account(s), brokerage account(s), current account(s) opened by a client in the Bank, divided by the number of calendar days of the corresponding accounting quarter, for which the settlement is carried out.

The average monthly balance also includes funds the client directed to purchase the Bank's bonds.

The amount of non-cash transactions - the amount of authorized non-cash transactions for the accounting quarter for payment for goods/work/services in organizing trade/service and the Internet, by using all the bank cards (bank card properties) issued within the framework of Service Package, except for cash withdrawal operations funds, and cash free transfer of funds from bank card accounts.

If necessary, in order to determine the Average Daily Balance/ Amount of Non-Cash Transactions, the Bank carries out the conversion of the corresponding currency, which reflects the Amount of the Average Daily Balance/Amount of Non-Cash Transactions, into US dollars at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Armenia of the corresponding currency established on the last day of the accounting quarter.

The calculation of the Average monthly balance and the Amount of non-cash transactions is carried out on the last day of the accounting quarter.

1.1.2.

In case of the amount of non-cash transactions via Bank cards, issued within the Package of Services 50000 USD (the equivalent to this amount) or more:

No commission is charged

1.1.3.

For each calendar quarter of service, if none of the conditions is met, under which no commission is charged (points 1.1.1.-1.1.2 of these Tariffs)

This commission does not apply in the calendar quarter during which the package was purchased. Charging of the commission starts from the next calendar quarter.

If an agreement with a client is terminated ahead of schedule, including in the quarter when this agreement was concluded, then this commission is charged for an incomplete calendar quarter in full scale.

2. Tariffs for the issue and maintenance of international bank cards of OJSC "Unibank" (hereinafter "Bank cards") issued within the package of services "Prive Club" for individuals

2.1.

The Bank issues:

· Mono-currency cards at the client's choice in one of the currencies.

· Multicurrency cards for payments in three currencies.

Rules for debiting funds when carrying out operations with multicurrency cards:

· if the currency of the transaction coincides with the currency of the card account and there is a balance on it, the funds are debited from the customer's card account opened in the currency of the transaction

· in case there are no or insufficient funds on the card account, or if the currency of the transaction does not match the currency of the card accounts, the Bank deducts funds first from the account in Armenian drams, then from the account in US dollars, then in euros.

2.3.

Annual Service commissions:

2.4.

A commission is charged while re-issuing the Bank card for any reason, except for the cases of its expiration.

2.6.

Interest rate charged by the Bank for the use of funds in the Account on the main card, in percentage per annum:

Cash withdrawal/crediting

2.7.1.

Cash withdrawal from ATMs/Cashpoints of the Bank

The commission is charged when debiting the transaction amount from the Account.

The order in which the amounts of transactions are debited from the Account is determined by the order in which data on transactions are received from bank devices and data on transactions are received from the payment system.

Limit on cash withdrawal from ATMs/cashpoints of the Bank and third-party banks: daily and monthly- no more than 20 million AMD.

In the case of a transaction using an ATM / cashpoints of a third-party bank, an additional commission may be charged, and a limit on the size of the transaction set by a third-party bank may apply.

2.7.2.

3. Term bank deposits: The service is provided in accordance with the Bank's Terms of Attraction of Term Bank Deposits for Clients of the owners of the "Prive Club" package upon conclusion of a discrete agreement between the Bank and the client

Provision of settlement and cash services for the client's bank accounts (hereinafter referred to as the Account):

4.18.

The Bank informs the client about such services, perks or offers prior to concluding an agreement on the provision of a card with a Service Package.

The Bank informs the client that such additional services, perks or offers are offered to them by the third parties, The Bank does not provide the client with guarantees or assurances regarding such services, perks and/or offers as well as their quality, availability and continuous provision, The Bank is not hold responsible for the client’s use of services, perks and/or offers, provided to the client by third parties.

Global Cardholder Customer Service

International medical for card holders

Purchase protection and extended purchase guarantee for cardholders

Organization of the provision of legal and tax support services

Special privilege program giving access to various discounts and special offers around the world

6.9.

Access to Lounge Key halls

32 USD is the cost to visits to business lounges during the card validity period starting from the 7th and subsequent visits

The Client reimburses the Bank for all actual expenses in the amount and currency of the actual cost for each visit made by them and their guests to business lounges using the Lounge Key service.

The Bank writes off funds from the client's card account /account(s) to reimburse the costs incurred by it to pay for the services provided to the client

When calculating free visits for the Lounge Key service, visits to business lounges by the client himself/herself are taken into account.

6.10.

Tax and legal consulting service

Commission is set individually

The Bank informs the client about the scope of work on the service and its cost prior to the provision of the service.

6.11.

Consulting of a personal manager on the products of the Bank's partners, organization and assistance in obtaining them by the client.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The current tariffs can be changed or supplemented by the Bank with prior notification of customers by posting this information on the territory or on the Bank's website https://prive.unibank.am/. Changes and additions come into force from the moment specified by the Bank, but not earlier than the date of notification of customers.

Based on long-term cooperation between the Bank and the client, the volume of the client's transactions and other significant factors, the Bank is entitled to establish tariffs and provisions determined by other documents and/or additional contracts and agreements.

The commission on transactions subject to VAT is indicated including VAT.

Other operations not included in this list are carried out at the Bank current tariffs.
